Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
For individual visitors, couples and families, advance booking is not required. During regular opening hours, you can visit the park without a reservation.
For groups of more than 10 people, advance notice is recommended, as this allows us to prepare for your arrival and provide the best possible experience.
For groups of more than 20 people, advance booking is mandatory.
What happens in case of bad weather?
The operation of the park always depends on the current weather conditions, with the safety of our visitors being our top priority.
If it is already raining heavily before opening time and the forecast shows no sign of improvement, the park will usually remain closed or opening will be delayed until conditions improve.
If it starts raining while the park is already open, the situation depends on the intensity of the rain:
- Light rain: climbing can usually continue. The tree canopy often keeps much of the rain from reaching the courses for some time.
- A short shower: we wait for the shower to pass and then continue with the activities.
- Heavy rain or a thunderstorm: we help visitors safely finish climbing and leave the courses. If the weather is not expected to improve soon, the park will close.
In unsettled weather, we recommend checking the current conditions before your visit.
Can I visit the park if it has rained earlier?
Yes. Rain in the previous hours does not usually prevent the park from operating.
The main elements of the adventure park are installed above the ground and among the trees, where they dry relatively quickly once the rain stops.
Wooden platforms and other elements can usually be ready for use again only a few hours after the rain has stopped. Since most activities take place above ground, wet or muddy ground generally does not significantly affect the operation of the park.
If the rain stops, the weather clears and conditions are safe, the park can operate normally.
What kind of footwear and clothing should I wear?
We recommend comfortable sports clothing and closed sports shoes that allow you to move freely while climbing.
Flip-flops, slippers and other loose or easily removable footwear are not suitable, as they may come off while you are on the courses.
Wearing only a skirt or dress is also not suitable for climbing, especially because of the safety harness. If you would like to wear a skirt or dress, we recommend wearing shorts or leggings underneath.
The most important thing is that your clothing is comfortable and allows unrestricted movement.
Are dogs allowed in the park?
Yes, dogs are allowed at Adventure Park GEOSS.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and remain under the supervision of a responsible person.
Dogs may not be:
- left unattended,
- tied up somewhere in the park while the owner goes climbing,
- allowed to roam freely without a leash.
If you visit the park with a dog, someone must remain with the dog at all times.
Is there anything for very young children to do?
Of course. Adventure Park GEOSS also offers activities for our youngest visitors.
Children can use our age-appropriate adventure courses from the age of 4.
For even younger children, there is the Gibalnica movement playground, designed for children from approximately 7 months of age. It offers a safe space for movement, exploration and play in a natural environment.
This means that practically the whole family can enjoy a visit to the park.
